Sovereign Developers (DiGiTalSoul) — Global App Policy
Effective Date: September 28, 2026
Sovereign Developers (DiGiTalSoul) respects your privacy and gives you total sovereignty over your data. All applications covered by this policy are published on Google Play by DiGiTalSoul. In compliance with Google Play's User Data policy and international data protection laws, this page provides explicit instructions on how users can delete their accounts and personal data from our applications.
1. Covered Applications
This deletion policy applies to all mobile applications published by Sovereign Developers (DiGiTalSoul), including but not limited to:
NeapolitanMastiffLog: Neo Book (com.michael.neapolitanmastifflog)
GreatSwissLog: Swiss Dog Book (com.michael.greatswisslog)
BullmastiffLog: Night Dog Book (com.michael.bullmastifflog)
EnglishMastiffLog: Gentle Giant Book (com.michael.englishmastifflog)
Titan Command Center (com.sovereign.titan)
2. Data Architecture Overview
Our applications are built on an on-device sovereign storage model. Your personal data, profiles, settings, media, entries, and preferences are stored locally on your device in secure sandbox storage (SQLite, IndexedDB, and SharedPreferences). We do not operate remote centralized database servers that continuously harvest or store your private user documents.
You can purge all stored app data directly from your Android device at any time:
In-App Settings: Navigate to the app's Settings → Account / Privacy → Delete Account & Data. Confirm the prompt to immediately wipe all local databases and keys.
Android System Settings: Go to Settings → Apps → [App Name] → Storage & Cache → Clear Storage / Clear Data. This completely erases all local data, credentials, and app states.
Uninstalling the App: Uninstalling the application automatically deletes the application's local sandbox directory and all data stored within it.
Option B: Request Deletion via Support
If you have questions or require formal verification of data deletion, or if you submitted feedback or support communications you want purged, submit an email request:
Required Details: App name, approximate date of install, and any identifying email or username used in communications.
4. What Data Is Deleted vs. Retained
Deleted Immediately: All user profiles, account metadata, journal entries, relationship milestones, task checklists, app preferences, chat/voice prompts, uploaded media, and locally cached credentials.
Retained Data: We do not retain user content on our servers. Financial transaction records for in-app purchases are maintained solely by the Google Play Store billing platform in accordance with Google Play's regulatory and legal tax requirements.
Advertising Identifiers (Google AdMob): Non-personalized or personalized advertising identifiers are handled by Google Mobile Ads SDK. Users can reset or delete their advertising ID directly under Android Settings → Privacy → Ads → Delete Advertising ID.
5. Retention Period & Turnaround Time
Manual deletion requests submitted by email are acknowledged within 24 hours and fully processed within 3 business days. Once processed, a confirmation email is returned and any associated correspondence records are permanently purged.
