These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of every app published by Sovereign Developers ("we", "us", "our") on Google Play and other app stores — including ACI, Chore Root, Echo, Forever Love, Forever Us, Full Metal, iBot Social, MultiMind, Scholar Vault, SecureMatch, Stage Clash Arena, our Game, Tool, Health, Entertainment, Relationships, Family, Social, Consumer Lifestyle, Productivity, Lifestyle, and Finance hub apps, Titan Command Center, Midnight Confession, Hunt Log, My Wallet, and any future apps we publish. By downloading, installing, or using any of our apps, you agree to these Terms.
By accessing or using our apps, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use our apps.
You agree to use our apps only for lawful purposes. You will not:
We may suspend or terminate access for violations, as described in section 10.
Anything you create in our apps — posts, notes, journal entries, memories, uploads — is yours. Our apps run on your device; we operate no cloud backend that stores your content. You can delete your data at any time: see our Data & Deletion page for per-app instructions, or email us and we will handle it.
Our apps integrate with third-party platforms, including Google AdMob for advertising and, in some apps, Meta platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Threads). Your use of those integrations is subject to the third parties' own terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party services.
Where an app offers paid features or subscriptions, purchases are processed by the app store (e.g. Google Play) under the store's payment terms. Subscription renewals, cancellations, and refunds follow the store's policies. Prices are shown in the app before you buy.
Our apps, including their design, code, text, graphics, and branding, are owned by Sovereign Developers and protected by intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you ownership of any of it. You may not copy, resell, or redistribute our apps except as the app stores permit.
Our apps are provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. We do our best to keep everything working, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sovereign Developers is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our apps. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the app or feature at issue, if anything.
You may stop using our apps at any time by uninstalling them. We may suspend or terminate your access if you materially violate these Terms. Termination does not affect your right to delete your data under our Data & Deletion policy.
We may update these Terms as our apps grow. Material changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date above, and continued use of the apps after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
