Sovereign Developers (DiGiTalSoul) — Published Standards Against Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE)

Effective Date: October 18, 2026 (revised October 27, 2026)

1. Zero Tolerance

Sovereign Developers has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) and child sexual abuse material (CSAM) in any of our applications, including Forever Love: Couples App, Secure Match, Forever Spark: Dating Wingman, Social Matrix: Confessions, and all other apps we publish. Any content, behavior, or account that sexualizes, exploits, endangers, or solicits a minor is strictly prohibited.

2. Prohibited Conduct

3. Reporting Child Safety Concerns

Our social applications allow users to report child safety concerns in-app using the report function available on content and profiles. Reports may also be sent at any time to our designated child safety contact by email. Every report is reviewed, offending content is removed, and offending accounts are terminated.

4. Compliance and Reporting to Authorities

Sovereign Developers complies with all relevant child safety laws. Confirmed CSAM is reported to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) CyberTipline and to the relevant regional and national authorities, as required by law.

5. Designated Point of Contact

Our designated point of contact for child safety is ready and able to speak about our CSAE prevention practices and compliance:
